• HOMEOWNER ASSOCIATION LAW:  Our attorneys have many years of experience representing Association clients for a wide range of legal needs inlcuding general counsel, complex civil litigation and collections matters.  We understand that Associations encounter unique legal issues and we are prepared to handle those in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.

• CIVIL LITIGATION:  Our attorneys have extensive civil litigation experience, with an emphasis on handling complex disputes which involve multiple claims and parties.  We have successfully litigated, arbitrated and mediated a wide variety of matters on behalf of our clients.  Our extensive experience in litigating matters also provides us with valuable perspective when it comes to creatively approaching cases for the benefit of time and cost efficiency.  Where possible, we aspire to resolve the matter short of litigation.


• CONSTRUCTION DEFECT LAW:  We have helped numerous homeowners and homeowner association clients around the Valley with their construction related claims, including building defects and faulty construction.  Our many years of experience in this area provide us with valuable perspective when it comes to prosecuting claims.  We understand the challenges involved from the homeowners' perspective and, where possible, we strive to resolve these claims by achieving repairs for the owner.  When repairs aren't forthcoming, we are prepared to vigorously litigate the matter in order to achieve the most favorable result for our clients.  

• ZONING/VARIANCES:  Navigating a municipality's rezoning, variance or special permit procedures can be a daunting task.  We assist clients with all phases and nuances of a city's complex land use adjustment procedures, from the application process to neighborhood meetings to zoning adjustment hearings to appeals, and everything in between.  We our clients prepare, narrowly tailor, and process their zoning and permit applications to achieve the optimum chance for success and approval.
